TechHorizon attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data, in accordance with Malian Law No. 2013-015 of 21 May 2013 on the protection of personal data.

Data collected and purposes

The data requested is limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes. Optional fields are marked as such where they exist.
Recipients and processors
Personal data is only accessible to authorised TechHorizon staff, within the limits of their duties and for the purposes of the processing described in this policy.
TechHorizon relies on technical providers to operate, secure and improve its services, including:
- Microsoft Azure for hosting the website and its services
- Resend for email delivery
- Cloudflare Turnstile for protecting forms against automated submissions
- Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement, once the required consent has been obtained
These providers may process personal data to the extent necessary for their tasks, in accordance with the terms applicable to their services.
Depending on the services used and their configuration, some data may be processed from countries outside Mali. Where this is the case, data transfers must be governed in accordance with applicable personal data protection law.
Retention periods
Data is kept for a limited period, suited to its purpose and to applicable obligations.
- Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange
- Applications: 2 years, subject to applicable rules and unless you request deletion where such a request is admissible
- Audience measurement: 13 months maximum, depending on the Google Analytics 4 configuration
Once the applicable periods have expired, data is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation justifies keeping it longer.
Your rights
In accordance with applicable personal data protection law, you may exercise your rights of access and rectification and, where the legal conditions are met, request the deletion of your data or object to its processing.
